How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5-7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service Excluding Holidays.

What Is Virgin Hair?

Virgin Hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut and guaranteed to be in correct cuticle alignment.

How Much hair is in a bundle, How much hair is needed?

Each Bundle will weigh 3.5-4oz

14-18 inch we recommend at least two bundles (8oz) for a sew in with leave out 3 for a full head (12oz)

20-24inch We recommend 3bundles (12oz) or more

How is the length measured?

The Straight Textures are measured true to length.

The curly, Body Wave, Loose Wave, and Deep Wave are measured when hair is pulled straight.

Can the hair be straightend or curled?

YES, this is 100% Virgin Hair, so treat it as your own. You can curl and straighten the hair as desired.
(Please Note – The hair may lose some of the curl pattern with constant blow dryer and excessive heat isnt good for any hair, limit the amount of heat used on your hair!)

Can The Hair Be Colored/Dyed?

YES, you can color our hair.
Our hair is 100% virgin hair of premium quality and has never been chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process very well.
However please remember , the hair will no longer be virgin once you color or process the hair. We suggest you consult a professional if you wish to color your new hair.

What is Ombré ???

You ask what does 'Ombre' mean????
Well ladies Ombre is a french word for shaded or shading.

Ombre hair color is generally darker at the roots through the middle of hair and then gradually gets lighter from the middle to the ends.

It is ideal for clients looking for a low-maintenance style.

What does Co-wash mean?

Co-Washing, also known as conditioner washing, is a way to clean the hair WITHOUT the use of shampoo. Washing your hair with conditioner, or co-washing, is often considered very good for curly hair. Co-washing consists of cleansing the hair with a MOISTURIZING conditioner.

Conditioning the hair is vital to its Routine Maintenance. However, it is possible to over condition the hair. Some signs that the hair is over-conditioned are brittleness and tangling. If this does occur, your best resource is to use a deep-cleansing or clarifying shampoo.

Straight Hair

When washing the hair, use a high quality sulfate free shampoo and conditioner,

After washing and conditioning, apply a small amount of shine serum then blow dry the hair (without a diffuser), and using a vent brush to straighten as you go. Afterwards, curl or flat iron for your desired style.

Before bedtime, braid your hair into one loose large braid at the back of the neck.

Curly and Wavy Hair

Do not brush or comb hair when dry, it will cause frizz and the ends may tangle.

Shampoo at least once a week.

When washing the hair, use a high quality sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. For best results, allow hair to air dry. However, the use of an overhead hood dryer is good for ensuring that your braids are dry. Make sure you dry the braids thoroughly, otherwise you hair may develop an odor.

DO NOT MASSAGE HAIR

Scrunch hair gently to reform curl.

Let air-dry.

Style as desired.

If styling products are used make sure they are Alcohol FREE styling products

In the morning, take down one quarter of you hair and lightly spray it with a little water (be sure to get the underside as well). Then, apply a modest amount Moisturizing Conditioner (leave-in) Apply a tad bit more to the ends of the hair. Repeat this same process with the remaining three quarters.

Prior to retiring to bed at night, part you hair in four quarters. Using a paddle or wigs brush. Starting at the ends of your hair, brush all kinks out and work your way upward towards the roots. Twist and pin each quarter, wrap you hair with a silk scarf.

Can I swim in my hair?

Yes!!
We recommend wearing a swim cap whenever you go swimming. The chlorine/salt will make the hair dry and brittle, just as it does our own hair.

Even using a swim cap does not completely keep the chlorinated/salt water out. You should always plan on washing your hair after swimming.
